Hi Frank, I recently had work done at my house by Charlie and his team (Kevin and Jorge) and wanted to provide some feedback. From the beginning, I cannot state how impressed I was with your operation. After discussing my vision with Charlie, he met with my wife and I with a proposed plan that addressed the items I was looking to have completed. In addition, he was armed with suggestions to make my ideas even more impactful and just as important, maintenance friendly. Once we decided to move forward, Charlie was very proactive in keeping us informed of when the project would start, what to expect during construction, and offered suggestions for small changes as the construction proceeded. The walkway along my driveway leading up to my porch not only provides a much needed function, it is visually impactful. A wall that starts as decorative, then transforms into a retaining barrier to keep the foundation landscaping where it’s supposed to be is elegant with curves and meticulous attention to detail. The landscape materials, from perennials, to bushes, to mulch and stone add an air of sophistication to the total transformation of my front yard. And at night, the lighting highlights both the hardscaping and plant materials while accenting the architectural details of the house. It’s been a pleasure working with Charlie the entire time and I will not hesitate to refer your company to anyone looking to have top quality work completed.
